The Independent Hotel Show is now in it’s third year and returns to Olympia West Hall once again on 21st and 22nd October 2014.

I am delighted to announce that this year I have been invited to speak at this event.

I will be on the Innovation Stage on the 22nd October at 10.30am discussing “What is the Modern Face of Service?”

We all know that it is great service that keep your customers coming back so I will be exploring with my peers the options of how to set your service style for your establishment and define your approach.

The session will be chaired by Alan Williams, founder of Servicebrand Global, and the other panelists joining me are Andrew Pike, General Manager at The Milestone, Anne Blackburn, Customer Experience Director of Sidona Group and Debra Dhugga, Managing Director of Dukes, London.
