Today is a very special day as it is my birthday! It is also the day that I have decided to launch my Random Acts of Kindness Challenge.

It is a New Year, so its is time for a new challenge! For those of you that have read my book ‘Star Quality Experience – The Hotelier’s Guide to Creating Memorable Guest Journeys’ you will know what I am talking about. To find out more watch this short video:

To take part in the Random of Act of Kindness Challenge, title your post ‘Organisation Name – Random Act of Kindness Challenge’ and post up what you have done to surprise and delight your guests. Each time a team member from your organisation carries out a Random Act of Kindness, they should add to your thread. (This will then keep you post at the top).

Each week I will be posting up examples of some of the small things you can do to make someone’s day extra special, and create some lasting memories for them. I look forward to hearing about the wonderful experiences you are creating.
